Youth - JOIN us at St matts

At St Matts we love youth! And we love youth getting to know Jesus alongside their families and friends. We want St Matts to be a place where youth love coming along, having loads of fun, and engaging with Jesus in the Bible.

 

Youth on Sundays

On Sundays, we love doing church together. Youth (Yrs 6-9) start in the main church building with their parents, and then they head out part-way through with their leaders. Once they head out, they spend time hanging out, getting to know each other, playing games, and digging into the Bible, learning and asking questions - learning heaps and getting to ask questions. Our senior youth (Yrs 10-12) normally stay in the service but come and chat to us if they'd like to do something different.  To help us care for your youth well, please fill out the registration form.

 
 

St Matts & Wild St Youth Camp 

Come and join us for a whole weekend together with your St Matts friends on youth camp! Games, food, campfire, and Jesus - it's going to be so good! 

When: Friday 27th June 5:30PM - Sunday 29th June 4:30PM 
Where: Youthworks Port Hacking Conference Centre 
School years: 6 - 12

Safety

At St Matt's we're on about ensuring a safe community for your youth. We do this by:

  • All leaders have a valid Working with Children Check and Safe Ministry check, and have completed Safe Ministry training.

  • All programs are led and run in a safe, age appropriate manner

  • Clear reporting procedures are in place for leaders and parents
