The St Matts Community Garden invites volunteers of all ages and abilities to have a go at gardening in our communal edible garden.

Join us for monthly weekend working bees and weeknight gardening in summer. Learn about growing fresh food and flowers and enjoy a coffee/tea with friendly local green thumbs.

When: Come along 3pm-5pm on the Third Sunday of the month
Where: St Matts Community Garden, 1331 Botany Road, Botany

Sunday 18th February 3pm to 5pm - Cuttings and cake
Bring cuttings or cake to share and learn how to grow new plants from cuttings for free!

Sunday 17th March 2pm to 4:30pm - Backyard fruit trees workshop with Toni Salter ‘the veggie lady’
Learn how to care for fruit trees and protect your harvest. All welcome, please RSVP.

Sunday 21 April 3pm to 5pm - Seed swap
Bring seeds to swap or share. Learn how to save your own seed.
